Hey guys, Can someone tell me how to install the DSA Quadrail onto my SA58 Carbine. I just bought a rail system from someone but dont have the isntallation instructions. Thanks in advance. |

Pretty easy. Remove Sling Swivel Remove Gas Plug and Piston Remove old guards Cut handguard ring off barrel / tin snips Install DSA Lower half: Place front of lower guard under/around barrel, 3-4" infront of gas block Slide guard back into place, around gas block (align the circular cut in front of lower guard with radius of barrel, in front of gas block ) install gas block bolt through front lower half / finger tight ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Install DSA Top Half: install the 6 small mounting bolts / loosely until all 6 are started. (Very important: Start all the threads gently, as to NOT cross thread the aluminum) It helps to start the bolts in a sideways fashion or slightly tilted going up, as to not drop the bolts inside the small holes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- tighten it all down in a cris/cross pattern tighten the gas block bolt last. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Re-install swivel and gas piston Re-install gas plug / "A" face up |
