So I always modified my trust for the last 2 transactions I did and had 2 copies notorized and send 1 to the ATF. Now for another Form 4 transfer I dont need to change anything and have an original notorized copy of my trust. It was notorized June of 07 and the notorizers commission expires September 4, 2008.
Do I need to do anything to update it besides the schedule A or can I just make a copy and send it in? |
