Tried to sort through ALL 34 or so pages of the "trust" topic.  It made my head hurt.  And i'd have to take the day off of work to go through it all.  Maybe someone has an answer for me.

Just created a trust to buy a MG i have headed my way.  But, i have several other class 3 firearms/silencers that i have the tax stamp in my name as an individual that i would like to put in my trust.  Question is...Do i have to pay another $200 transfer each to put them into my trust.  Even though the person in possesion (me) is not changing or can i use a form 5 (without kickin the bucket) or some other way?

I have a feeling i know the answer but i thought i'd see if anyone knew for sure.  Thanks

I am 99.9% sure, new tax stamp because the trust is a different entity, and the trust will now "own" the rifle.

New tax stamp for each one. A trust is a different "legal entity" than the person who creates the trust, therefore a tax-due transfer must occur.
