I've read that some powders do not meter well through the Dillon Powder measure. Has anyone ever saw, or know of a list created of powders to avoid? Or is it as simple as staying away from stick powder?

There is plenty of opinions on brian enos and other inernet fourms of what don't work well.

Generally speaking extruded powders give inconsistent drops through the Dillon powder measurer.

I have no problems with the short cut types such as IMR-8208XBR that give me no more than .2 gr. variance which is acceptable to me for and extruded powder dropped with the Dillon powder measurer.

Long cut extruded like 4064 and 3031 are the worst. Shorter cut extruded seem to throw well enough, but you'll get the best consistency and fastest drop from ball powder.

Large flake powder is doable but not as consistent as others.

Ball powder measures exact.

Flake powder measures + or - .1 gr.

Short cut extruded + or - .2 gr.

Long extruded, not so much.

No lists needed, determine which type of powder (websites, reloading manuals) you have and go from there.
