So, I got a "deal" on this used SDB.

Found out it had some significant "problems".

I called Dillon, offering to pay to have it refurb'ed.

A friendly voice said, "Just ship it to us and we'll take a look at it".

I was expecting a call with an estimate.

Couple weeks later a box shows up on my doorstep.

LIKE NEW.....and NO CHARGE

Ya just can't beat that with a stick.

I broke a piece on my 550.  Totally my fault.
I called to order a new one and they wouldn't let me pay for it.

A friend on mine said if the American car manufacturers treated their customer the way Dillon treats us people would
be asking their friends; "Did you know the Japanese build cars?".

I was having trouble a long time ago with my 450, and after hearing my long sob story on the phone  the guy at Dillion says I will just send you all new parts. Thats it no bullshit just like their ad says.

I live real close to Dillon Precision and have been using their products since they were located off of Butherus over by Scottsdale Airport years ago.
Their customer service is world class.
My SD has been rebuilt twice now free of charge.
One time I managed to get a 30.06 case stuck in an Redding sizing die. Tore the crap out of hte die trying to get the damn thing out. Took it to their store expecting to pay for another one. Handed them the die and said, "I need another one of these". As I was getting my wallet out to pay I was told that they warranty everything they sell.
I own three Dillon machines as well as a couple of RockChuckers. I can't say enough about how Mike Dillons' company has always been top notch when it comes to taking care of their customers.
As has been said, "Drink the blue koolaid!"

I broke a small part on my 550 and called for a replacement, the service guy told me no charge, I explained I broke it and it is not their responsibility to cover my stupidity. He told me their warranty covers stupid!

I got the same treatment from this guy, for something that was my fault. None of the major manufacturers have poor service.

But really, this is just a chance for me to exact my revenge on all the Dillon fans that jump into every thread...

"What single stage press should I get?"

"Dillon!"
