So I picked up a bunch of once fired brass and some more primers and figured what the hell, better crank out a couple thousand rounds on the 550, well it turned out to be only a 750 so far, I keep having primers not getting fully popped out (checked the rod, it is set more than long enough out) and I even had my decapper pulled out once and get stuck in the flash hole,

WTF am I doing wrong?

Mixed headstamp brass, looks like evenly blazer and federal with just a few other weirdos in there to keep it interesting, no crimped primers, no military cases

The Die set is RCBS

Blazer brass gave me fits, it would stick to primer pin and pull back up in case, I switched my Dillon pins to Lymans and problem went away. Try smoothing and rounding your pin tip and see if that helps. The Dillon to Lyman switch is to a smaller dia. pin
