My Google-Fu has been weak and I cannot seem to find what I'm after.

I'm looking for a .44 Mag lever gun. Stainless Steel with gray laminate furniture. I know that scheme exists in other calibers but I can't seem to find one in .44 magnum. The reason I want to sick with 44 is simply because I have a S&W 629 and am trying to keep the calibers the same.

Here's an awesome looking Marlin that I wish came in 44 mag

Any info would be great. Thanks

I had a case of the stupids and missed where you wanted one in a particular finish.

I may have to just buy a stainless 44 with walnut stock and change it top gray laminate myself. If I can fine the gray stock that is.

It's a rarity and will cost you but here you go:

I'd like the same but in .357 and with a pistol grip.

The old S&W 629 and Marlin 1894SS combo.

I have a few S&W 4" stainless revolvers. For each there is a matching lever action. Same thing for all my six shooters. There was a special edition set made a number of years ago in, and don't quote me here it's been a long time, 4 calibers. As marlin is pushing a few now with the gray stocks, have you called to see if you can order an 1894SS with a gray stock and fore end?

I haven't called Marlin yet, might get around to it this week some time. I like the idea of a used oldy but goody... back when Marlin had a better product.

It appears the auction has ended and I didn't see it in time. What Model was it?

Shit, sorry bout that. It was an 1894SS-44LTD. It was a Davidson's special run with the stainless finish, gray laminated stock, 16.5 barrel, Hi-Vis sights, and 7+1 capacity.

I googled it. Sweet looking gun. I'll keep my eyes peeled but I'm not too optimistic on crossing paths with one.
