How long do you wait when spraying multiples colors with duracoat?

Do you wait till the first color is completely dry before you spray the next?

THANKs

I like to wait about an hour at least before adding the next color. I have waited 12 hours between coats without problems. They say that if you wait too long between coats you can have an adhesion problem ( Im talking days not hours here). But I have done multiple coats to touch up stuff by wiping the part down with acetone lightly and then applying the new duracoat. It seems to hold up fine so far for me.

When I first started, and I just air dried each color, I did just one color a day to ensure each layer was completely dry before adding more stencils.  In reality, you can probably do a layer every hour or so, but I was being totally conservative about it.

But if you have access to an oven that can bake at around 110 to 125 degrees, you can do a layer every 15 minutes or so.

Good luck!
