Anybody have them? I am interested in getting one of their jackets. Are they worth it? Do they work well? Where is the best place price/quality wise to purchase?

It is not a brand, it is a clothing system, and has worked well for the .mil for years.  Best prices I have seen are at Army/Navy stores.

What level of the system do you want? L1,L2,L3,L4,L5,L6,L7?

Also makers range from

Propper
ADS
Beyond
ORC
Etc
Etc

I have owned and used Items from all makers and at all levels... I really like the L7 tops and I really like the l5 tops. The goretex l6 levels are nice but vary greatly in features for some reason. Cant really go wrong. Remember there are multiple generations using MULTIPLE fabrics. The L4 fleece tops are very nice. All you will find will have polartec materials aswell YKK zips, etc. and for the most part well made. Research and decide what is best for you.

Military Morons is a great place to start.

It's a waste of money IMHO, but that's me and have been using it for 6 years.

I have Gen 2 and layers 1-6 of Gen 3.  There is better for the money, but they are well made.  If I had any gripes, I would say the belt loops are too weak, and the Gortex layer is too noisy.

Used properly, it is far from a waste of money.  It is an excellent system.  While it may not be perfect or the top stuff (Arc. comes to mind), it is an excellent option.
