Typically a lot more form 4 suppressors than anything else, it’s too easy to manufacture your own SBR or SBS vs purchasing a factory one and doing a F4.

ETA: My local dealer has about 100 form 4 cans pending. He has 3 form 4 lowers, one being mine. To give you an idea of the ratio.

This confirms my suspicion that The ATF has stalled or stopped approving Form 1s currently in the process even before Fridays ruling. Ripley is known for quick Form 1 approvals and to see she has switched to Form 4s is concerning. I hope I am wrong but thats just my .02
