We have discovered that there is a glitch in the eForms “copy” function. The “copy function” allows you to copy an existing permit to populate the line items for the submission of a new permit. While the “copied” permit will successfully submit, when ATF approves the permit the “quantity granted” for the line item will be displayed as ‘0’.
We are asking that all eForms 6 users refrain from using the “copy function” until we can fix this issue. We are currently working on the issue and hope to have this problem resolved soon. If you have approved or partially approved permits with the quantity granted reflecting ‘0’ please contact the Imports Branch at (304) 616-4550, to have the permit corrected. You will need to provide them with the permit number(s). We apologize for the inconvenience.
