I have some stuff pending and I am looking at getting an octane 45. My guy has one in stock but I would really like to e-file. He is setup to do so but I am not sure if I need to be physically present to e file.

I have only done one eForm through Silencer Shop, but they handled all the paperwork for me. I just had to fill out some info on their website and send them a copy of my trust. I didn't have to be present or anything.

This. They have done two for me as well.

For a suppressor you don't need to be present. For an SBR, SBS, MG, or DD you need to physically sign a copy of the Form 4 to be attached electronically to the submission.
