Thinking of ordering an ICS SEF lower from them. Any online ordering problems? Good / bad business to deal with? Fast / slow service?

Cool! Let us see some pics of the finished project.
I was finally able to speak with a real live person at Evike today. I asked about the status of my backorder and the reply was, "Oh yeah, I guess we got those in last week. You want me to ship that out to you?" Good thing I called, as it appears they forgot about my pre-order. We'll see what happens. The guy I spoke with did not seem overly intelligent
