Wanting to build a F1 AOW out of a mil surplus pen flare launcher. I don’t have the technical know how to machine the breach/barrel myself. After I get my approved F1 back can a non-SOT machine shop make the part I need legally? Or does it have to be a FFL machine shop? Any help is appreciated as well as a machine shop if you know of one. |
