F1 HK SP5K PDW SN# questions.

About to F1 my SP5K PDW. My SN has a dash in it. Ex 333-33333. On the eF1 screen asking for the SN, it doesn’t appear that I can add the dash. As I filled in the box it didn’t seem to allow dashes or spaces or anything other than a string of numbers or letters.

Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? This is my first time filling out a F1, so it’s entirely possible I’m doing something wrong.

I currently just stopped where I was and saved it in drafts. Any other details I should know?

It’s completely normal. The form doesn’t accept dashes in the serial number. It’s fine without the dash. Just enter it as one continuous number.
