[ARCHIVED THREAD] - F4 correction question

I have a Form 4 to send out for a suppressor I recently bought that I discovered had an error in the serial number. An " i " was mistaken for a " 1 ". I already have the signatures. Is it an acceptable practice to strike out the typed line and write-in the serial number by hand?

That will be fine, if you can just turn the I into a 1 shouldnt be that hard. FYI...I had a returned form to be corrected and the examiner told me to cross it out with a single line and initial it. Then below it put in the correct info.
