Does the ARMS FAL Para scope mount have the "nose" tab which fits into the
"nose" cut found on a FAL Para receiver?

No. The only difference between the standard and para a.r.m.s. mounts is the spring guide rod on the para mount.

Pretty sure DSA has a mount that fits the Para properly.
