| "By appointment only" refers to the times at which you see customers. This is not what ATF wants to know. They want to know the hours that you devote to the business, whether you are seeing customers or not. You'll want to show that you regularly devote time to the business, even if it's just a few hours a week in the evenings or on the weekend. |
