After pending for 5 months my form 4 came back yesterday (1-12-12). I went today and picked up my shiney new YHM Cobra M2 9mm can. Yes i know pics are a must on here but im posting from my phone and havent uploaded pics to photobucket yet. This was my first suppressor and first nfa item. I went threw rex tyson (aka c3man) of smokin guns in paris ky. Hes absolutely an awesome guy to deal with. He took the time to explain the whole process to me and gave me an awesome deal. I would highly recomend him to anybody. With that bein said i really didnt know what to expect when i finally got it home to put a few rounds through it. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. I used 147 fmj throught 2 different hosts. Host 1 is a glock 23 with a lone wolfe 40-9 threaded barrel. Host 2 is wat i call the hippo. Hippo is a hi point 995 9mm carbine. Yes i know hi point is dirty word in the arms world. I wouldnt use 1 of there pistols to wipe my ass but the 995 functions flawlessly. I had a local gunsmith (bw's gun shop in danville ky) thread the barrel to 1/2X28. He did an awesome job. both weapons were very quiet however the glock was quieter only because of the action noise. Im really pleased with this investment and would recomend YHM, Rex, and BW's to anybody. Ill get pics up asap
