Yeah I noticed that typo, makes one wonder about the image. Not holding my breath, just would be awesome to have a 6.5C SCAR 17, being in Wyoming right now. Wind is a bitch. |

Any news on this yet and/or a .300blk option?

So will they offer the collapsible stock and caliber change to 300BO in the near future?

At first, I wasn't that interested, but it's growing on me.
I kinda want one - it just looks like a fun gun. |

In 300 Blk sign me the fuck up. In 5.56 w/sub 10” barrel no thanks.

You see that head come apart?

I wonder what the ballistics would be with “barrier blind” 5.56 rounds like Barnes TSX or Speer Gold Dot. Mk 262 or M193? forget it FN should have released a 300 black out model to compete with the Sig Rattler. |

Any word on SBRs?

I see they’re still going for the “we’re not exactly sure what FDE is, so here’s a couple options” color scheme

I’m now in the shut up and take my money camp. I’ll gladly help FN clear out their 7.5” 5.56 inventory and bitch until they sell me an overpriced 300blk barrel.

I’m in for one in blk.

I work at a FN distributor. We have already received a good sized shipment of these. Well done on the product release FN!

Although I have a sneaking suspicion all the institutional customers are going 300blk so they are foisting the 7.5” 5.56 guns on us. Here’s how it probably when down at HQ: “what are we going to do with all these 7.5” barrels? everyone wants 300blk now” “I know! Let’s sell them to the Americans, those gun nuts will buy anything” “hahaha, great idea, let’s go have some chocolate and waffles” |

Will the 300BLK version have enough gas block settings for supers and subs with and without a can?

Belgium marked pistol. I'll be picking one up for the collection.

Cool little guy.

Are there any factory stock options for these? Am interested in SBR'ing one. Thanks!

And you guys thought a 10" was loud, shot flame, and was ballistically challanged. FN says. Hold my beer, and watch this.

I think it's great that FN is bringing so much cool stuff to the civi-side.
But, yeah, under 10" a 5.56 is not that great for fragmentation. |

I've never cared about a gun warranty. If something doesn't work, I fix it or sell it and move on.
It sure wouldn't keep me from buying something I wanted. |

I am interested, but really would prefer 300 BO, and we already know they can make it in that caliber.

Let’s Go Brandon!

Anyone heard anything through the grapevine? The pistols came out... While I'd prefer a factory SBR (long shot with FN it seems), I'd be just as happy getting the PDW stock and and pistol to put it on but I've only seen one FN stock get listed in the last six months.

As stupid as the 5.56 SC is, that is still a shame seeing them in the hands of people like that. |

I’d like a SCAR-SC in .300blk. Is that ever going to happen?

View Quote It’s going to be released at SHOT show* . . . . . . *2024-2034 I’m so fed up with FN, they give us glimmers of hope but ultimately fail to deliver. Once they finally unfucked the 20S and cane out with a 1:10 twist 308 and 6.5 variant I thought to myself “here we go, they’re finally going to give us what we want and take advantage of the SCAR platform” then the cluster fuck with the 6.5 pierced primer issue and no additional barrel assembly lengths, profiles, caliber options or even the ability to keep the two existing options in stock. Just when I’m ready to write them off the 15P is released, “here we go again, civilian version of the SC, Belgian made, FDE and Black, FN is giving consumers what they want, I’m sure stocks and 300blk barrels will be available soon…” Once again FN fails to follow through. |

Does it void the warranty if you attach a suppressor like other SCAR models? Asking for a friend.
