I had my HK94 at the range this weekend and had a couple of failures to extract.  Noticed while cleaning my bolt that the extractor spring would slide out with almost no effort.  A picture of the severly deformed shell casings are posted at  Shell Casing  Anything other than the extractor spring that I should replace?

I would say that unless your extractor is visually damaged, simply replacing the spring should remedy the problem.

Yes, just replace the spring.

Some people use the extractor spring from the 93 (not copper colored) because it is much stronger.
