I had not sat my buddies down together before so I decided to do so today. Left to right: 1) .308 5.5mil HRA built from a worn out Greek RG. Put together and parked by Tim Strait aka Warbird and wearing Wenig Standard Walnut furniture that I finished myself. 2) My 1st Garand, a 6-digit SA Dane SG w/ a VAR barrel MW and TE < 2 each. My only set of lockbars sights as well. 3) A 1.4mil lead-dipped SA with original barrel. It is my only RG woodless Dane purchase. MW and TE both 5 and reparked with a very dark park at some point. This may become my donor platform for a Tanker build. 4) A 4.2mil SA SG w/ original barrel. A RRAD 10-65 rebuild MW of 3 and TE under 4. 5) My 2.4mil Winchester that I put together from a CMP Grade B receiver. It sports a 50s SA barrel that I won on Ebay. MW just over 1 and TE just over 2. The receiver bears a LEAD rebuild marking. 6) My most complete rifle from the CMP. A 5.6mil HRA SG that may be all correct that was ordered before they changed the grades. MW a little over 1 and TE of 2. I need to get a IHC.  |
