Mean looking...yes.  Practical...hell no.  I would have every gun case, truck cab seat, and truck apolstry imaginable torn to shit.

I plan on making a cover out of PVC pipe to protect my cases.

Interesting, but if you ever take that gizmo into the field, it will very likely snag on every vine, branch and twig in sight.  The original 3-prong AR flash suppressor was changed out for that reason.

You should refine and mass produce the flash hider that is located under the "fang" model.  



Either that, or add a bipod mount the your Fang model and call it "fangs and thangs"


Fangs and Thangs.    A flash hider, a pocket knife and a bipod mount.    

You could also magnetize it and use your rifle to rummage through the brush and pick up treasure.
