Does anyone know the thread pitch for the Fastfire III's mounting screws? I have used 2 different thread gages and can't seem to come up with anything that matches. My closest guess is M3.5x.6.

No 6-48 taps in my box. But I did have 6-40 tap and flathead cap screws. A little weaker minor diameter than 48 tpi but the pins take the force and it's been holding up just fine.
