I called today on the status of my C&R M3 Grease gun.
Sent 1/10/13 Check cashed 1/18/13 Pending 2/11/13 Sent to examiner for approval 6/11/13 Approved: 8/22/13 Received: 8/31/13 Examiner: Nicole Dudash They said it's taking 60 days from "sent to examiner date" to "approval". I've heard more like 30 days. Update, It looks like it will be 60 days. Update, approved yesterday. Update: Stamp arrived on Saturday and mt M3 will be shipped Tuesday. |

No cuts damn it Im first I didn't get bumped, they were ready to be signed, they just had not gotten around to it. Snook said my Form was #3 in her pile of forms to be signed that day, no big deal. |

I thought I had a feb. pending date for a form 1. Called today and found out pending was actually March 12  Then I had a suppressor go on form 3 June 6 and a second suppressor go pending on a form 4 June 27. Oh well. I started waiting in January, whats a few more months.

Hopefully, I won't have any errors, but it is good to know yours is already at that stage. I will probably wait to call until next week or so...maybe my stamps will get here before then.

That means if you didn't have error, it would have gone into second pending which you will once the correction is sent back... Is it 60 days after 2nd pending?

| My form 4 that was mailed in January but didn't go pending until the end of March just came back for corrections. I believe they cashed it on the 14th of Feb and it went pending on March 26th-ish. I might actually see the can sometime this year, haven't bothered to call and ask though |

Here's my question: I just spoke to ATF on my Form 4 for a SWR Specwar, and they said it is now awaiting final signature since June 26, 2013. ATF stated that it was anywhere from 60 to 90 days for a final signature. Does that mean it cleared all hurdles, and all it needs is a final signature?

I do the same, I have so many questions, but once they pick up ....I kinda clam up and just ask what the status is and then I hang up. Then I usually have more questions after the phone call

I did; that is what they told me, and didn't elaborate anymore on it except it is now awaiting final signature between 60-90 days out. I figured it should be signed and sent to me in September. This is my third and fourth stamp, but it is my first suppressor. |

| Stupid Adam Lanza (For many reasons). I mail out a couple NFA forms a month and have been for the past 3 years, so it's really easy for me to see the trends. I can literally see an immediate hault in paper work and MAJOR slow down start in the middle of December mailing dates and on. Just to go from date mailed to pending if mailed now takes over 2 months. This NFA stuff is getting ridiculous....even for a man of patience like myself. |
