| So I check my email at 7pm, I received an email at noon today from my dealer saying that my SDN6 is finally here. Looks like I'm going to have to wait until tomorrow night more than likely to pick it up.. What's another day... right?.. going to be difficult.. like I'm 8 years old again and it's Christmas tomorrow difficult. Only took 1.5 years |

Even w/ a form 3 to start things out 18 months seems excessive, I'm happy for you brother. |

Basically a wholesaler said that they were shipping a can to my dealer and did not do so. Over-sold/Over-ordered and I had about a 3-4month setback. About a month ago I put in for a M4-2000 can and honestly with how long these waits have been and are being I'm thinking about doing a 22 cal can and maybe a 9mm can as well. I don't really want a 9mm can or a 22lr one at the moment so I figure that's why it's a GOOD idea to order them soon.
And thanks Doc. It's been a LONGGG road. The wait definitely influences me wanting to over-buy. |

It's difficult juggling multiple NFA things cost wise when trying to open up a small business at the same time. |

Glad it all worked out and you got your can, pretty soon you wont even remember all the troubles with it.
Some of the stories I have read about on here regarding bad dealers with NFA items really makes me appreciate how fortunate I am to be able to deal exclusively with Silencer Shop. It's bad enough when a dealer screws around with $50 items or delays in shipping, but I can't imagine how frustrating it must be when they do it with NFA stuff. NFA items are the last things I would want to be screwed around with given the wait times and $$$ involved |

If you'll only buy NFA items that are in stock in Florida, you'll either pay over retail, wait forever to find something in stock or never buy anything. My main dealer sells out his orders before they even hit his shop. The only guys I ever see with cans in stock on a regular basis down here charge retail, if not more, and crazy transfer fees. |
