| I am having a little problem with the finger print cards, local SD will only do finger print cards for CCW permits, had no issues getting the Sheriff to sign the Form 1. after I talked to him. I think on this forum I read some do their own cards –– is there an issue with this? |
| Does it matter if the ORI block has other information already printed in it? Also, underneath where the officer signs, should they leave that blank or put their department info there. Just wondering because I see on the back where it says for that block "the contributor is the name of the agency submitting the fingerprint card to the fbi". I didn't know if someone from the ATF filled that out since they are the ones really submitting it, or is the department that printed me submitting it? |
