a few times a year i usually call the ATF and request a few Form 1 packets and a few Form 4 packets. they will send you what you need, there's no charge, and it usually only takes a couple days. now, everything *except* the fingerprint cards can just be downloaded from titleII.com, so if you have a local CIII that'll just give you the FBI cards, that may be the way to go. |

Does the form 1 packet requst come with the citizenship form too? |
I have never ordered a Form 1 packet. I order the fingerprint cards from www.atf.gov/dcof/index.htm and print everything else from the online forms at www.titleii.com/Forms.htm. P.S. I prefer this Form 1 right now. |
That's odd. I recently ordered a dozen from the website. I didn't count them, but it looked like all of them. |
