| Ok, somehow I missed this little tidbit and sent in blank cards without the ORI (or whatever it is) information written on them. The cards are proper just did not have the NFA info printed or written in. Can I expect that they'll be rejected??? |

I read that here before... OTOH I just got 2 approved Form 1's back early March '08. None of my FD-258 fingerprint cards had any ORI info on them. In fact, the county police dept where I got them taped over the info that WAS there. I'm not sure what the ORI stuff is for, but I've had 2 approvals without it. |
