I've been getting Title II stuff on a trust for so long I've forgotten how to transfer to an individual. I bought an MP5SD as a factory SBR + the silencer.
How many fingerprint cards do I need? Where do I get the fingerprint cards? I need to get them as quickly as possible (preferably no shipping). |

Call nfa and they will send out some for free. 4 cards |

Just click the fingerprint cards button and choose the NFA option. I ordered a dozen last time and they were delivered in a week or two. |

2...? you mean 4. 2 per item. Need? 2. You're welcome to send 4, but plenty of people send in 2 cards for a multiple-form submission. Similar to a single check or a single copy of a trust/corp, or a single 5330.20 (before those questions were added the F1/F4 itself). |

If you call and ask they will say that there is no guarantee that all the forms will always stay togather once they come in....so they want it like your always sending in one form. but if you have gotten away with just sending a pair for multiple forms, that's awesome, but knowing my luck they would call me on it. FWIW, ive always just sent one check and one 5320.20....but if you ask them that, they will again say its best to send in complete sets. |

I've never filed with prints. But I know plenty of people that have sent 6-10 forms at the same time with a single set of prints. Can't recall a single one ever having an issue doing it. Filing as an individual it requires two copies of your finger prints and two passport photographs. I went to my local police station. they took my prints and then printed them out |

I don't have time to wait for them to be shipped, so I guess I'll check the PD and Sheriff's office to see if they have the right ones. Maybe an SOT has a stack of them? They will have them. I believe the blue line FBI cards are basically standard. Both the city and county LE offices have them here. |

The comment I was addressing was that he was glad I'd had success...and I was simply pointing out I've never done it, but many people have successfully filed multiple forms with a single pair of fingerprint cards. Of all the ones I know that have done it, none have ever had it questioned by the ATF. |

PD may have them. As long as they're the right form, you can correct the ORI info if it's not the right one for NFA submissions. |

If you can't locate any this weekend, I'll send you some Monday. Wait, you bought an MP5SD? When did this happen? ![]() I'll check with the PD and Sheriff and let you know. I definitely appreciate the offer. I'm moving to a very NFA-unfriendly jurisdiction in a few weeks, so I either have to get this in now or wait until July 14th. Now would be nice. Yeah I might've bought one. Not sure if anyone noticed.

Sorry, I'm drowning my jealousy in sarcasm. Quoted:
You didn't check your own MP5SD thread?!
Hint: Bottom of page 7, with all the talk of "the Gunbroker price" Quoted:
