My local LEO charges $25 dollars for sign-off of up to 5 forms, so I figured I might as well register 2 lowers as opposed to 1. My question is if I send in both form 1's at the same time, do I need a set of fingerprint cards for each form 1 or will one set be okay for both forms?

In theory you only need to send in one set of cards for the application type. In your case you would just send in one set of cards for both Form 1 applications.
Me personally I always send in one set of cards for each application out of habit. Never had a problem with this method and I figure if there is a problem with a set of cards they will always have extras. However, since I roll my own prints and the ATF gives me the cards for free, it doesnt cost me anything to put in a set per application. James Austin, Texas |
