| I purchased a .22 rifle for my one year old son. This gun is still in the box. What is the proper way to store this gun (several years) until he is old enough to use it? Should it be cleaned or left in factory oil? |
| The OEM packaging is not intended for long term storage. I would clean and oil it, then put it in one of these storage bag with some of these VCI paper and return it to the box. |
