Currently going through the process of filling out and getting ready to file my first Form-1 for an SBR. In looking at what I need to do to be fingerprinted, I checked with my Co. Sheriff’s office and they don’t do actual ink prints: they use electronic "Livescan”, and then print them out on the FBI cards.

That said, do any of you know if this will cause a problem in processing my Form-1? Or, does the ATF not care one way or the other?

Thanks!

No problems at all. All my NFA stuff has been with printed E-prints. MUCH better than the old inkpad style.

They actually are better and more reliable than ink.

Are you doing it as an individual rather than a trust or corp?  Just curious why you have to do fingerprints.
