Back to working on first line gear, but think this current set up will work.
One thing that isnt showing in this pix, their a 7" knife hanger behind left thigh pouch.

Does the pouch above the holster interfer with drawing the holster?

With the flap and th epouch it looks like it would be awkard to draw.

Good morning, it may look so in picture, but the pouch doesnt get in the way.
Also, flap is removable.

What's in the pouch on the left leg?  

Actually, how about a list of each pouch/component, who made it, and what's inside?  I'm always interested to hear how other guys setup their gear and why.

Map of AO (factory folds, laminated, no additional marking - so if you lose it, it does not TOTALLY compromise the mission)
Small Red LED flashlight (the Micro lights work for this - this is to read the map with at night)

Water holder (small canteen - I use a collaspable 'Platypus' 1 liter container)

   * Couple Asprins/Motrin
   * Compress/Tampons

Small Survival Kit

   * Fish Hooks
   * Fishing line
   * Sinkers
   * Fire starter (flint/steel/etc.)
   * Packets of Top Ramen Mix WITHOUT NOODLES
   * Snare Making Material (64 gauge brass wire)"
   * Empty film canister full of dryer lint
   * Water Purification Tabs
