I took the GSG-5 out today for the first time. I tested Federal Game Shok, Remington Game Loads, CCI Standard Velocity, Remington Target Standard Velocity, and RWS Dynamit Nobel Target Standard Velocity. I shot 176 rounds and had two bad primers and one FTF. It is much more accurate and dramatically more reliable than my Spikes Dedicated Upper. The GSG magazines are much easier to load than the Black Dog Machine thumb busters. My Spikes Dedicated Upper is in disgrace now and developing an inferiority complex: It knows that I am going to get rid of it. I look forward to taking delivery of my mount and fake ACOG. The GSG-5 is a keeper: Reliable and accurate. Here is a pic of 10 rounds at 100 yards.
