Quoted:
Is that the original finish on everything? Looks brand new. NOT original finish, Re-parkerized. The numbers on the bolt, carrier and lower receiver match. The barrel is proof marked Vienna, Austria. Can't really say if it's a Steyr barrel because the proofs are faint and parked over but the obvious ones are clearly Austrian. The barrel looks really good inside with distinct lands & grooves. The proof marks are confusing; one is for sure BH followed by a 2 and the double headed eagle crest for Bundesheer under the serial numbers. And then there's also a Vienna NPV followed by a Vienna eagle crest and a 59. |

Quoted: There were only two manufacturers of StG58 barrels. FN and Steyr. Barrels with serial numbers greater than 20,000 were made by Steyr.Quoted: Is that the original finish on everything?
