[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Flying with class III

Im going to be taking my SBR to Magpuls class in South Florida.

I know I need to send in a form 5320.20 but the question I have is where it lists manufacturer.....since its an SBR, aren't I the manufacturer....... or do I put the maker of the lower?

Armalite, Bushmaster, COLT, LMT, Spikes, Double Star, Aero Precision...... who made the lower ??

Its a Stag lower but I guess I thought that when you register a rifle as an SBR with a form one, you become the maker of that gun.

I guess Ill just put Stag.

I've listed it either way, as well as listing [mfg'r / my name], and they have all come back approved. I don't think ATF cares much as long as you have that s/n and type of gun registered to you.
