So in sending everything off for my first can, I let my dealer guide the way. I am a Nov 13 paper form. Just got a letter this week saying I forgot my Certificate of Compliance, and he got one on the can as well. We both sent it back earlier this week.

Anyway, so I assume that this means I'm getting closer to a stamp coming in the mail. Any idea on how far this puts me away? Thanks.

Pretty close. Not much more than the time it takes to mail it back and forth and it get sorted at the NFA branch...probably 2-4 weeks.

I got an error letter on 6/12 for two cans on some BS trust name issue...they were sent back on 6/13. Went back into error status on 6/30 (somehow dealer didn't sign them...not sure if they weren't signed first time, or there should've been another signature acknowledging the correction?). I'm assuming they would've been approved on 6/30 if everything had been ok. So, 17 days from mailing the correction until forms were "handled". Dealer had them back in hand by 7/5, so it was less than a week (including 7/4 with no mail running) from the time they were handled until received by local dealer. (There was no record of the first error status when I called the NFA branch, but there was on the second).

~10-20 days if they treat it like any other error notice, according to my experience.

Error letters used to be 2-4 weeks, but have been closer to 2 months over the past year.  Definitely betweeen 2 and 9 weeks, though.

Well...no corrections allowed for EForms. You may have gotten lucky and had them ask you for the CoC, buts it's also possible they Disapproved you and you get send to the back of the line. (You don't need the CoC for a trust, but any error would've most likely caused you to start over).
