Hello,

I have a quick question for my individual form 1,

In Box 3B I think I use my full name? as is John James Doe

Then in Box H (what is being engraved on firearm) John J. Doe ?

Is this right I can use the shorter name for engraving?

So that begs for a follow-up question; does 3B have to have the middle name complete spelled out? or can it be an initial?

I've seen people use their middle initial.

I don't believe you even need a middle name in 3b. First and last should be sufficient. Same info put in 4h. Same info engraved.
