I wanted to see if some of you form 1 builders could post pictures and specs of your builds?

I've been following along with these extremely long threads on the form 1 builds and I was hoping we could condense it down some with pictures.
I really want to build a few more of these, probably a 22lr can and a dedicated 5.56 can. I was hoping we could condense a bunch of the info and
builds into one thread where everyone could see what options are out there and what kind of cost we might incur building them.

Feel free to add any videos on performance of your build.

I'm in the process of my first form 1 build with a 7.6" SDTA Ti tube, M300 tool steel retainer as the blast baffle and either 7/8 freeze plugs behind it.
I'm using the SDTA spacer material, SDTA endcaps and STDA muzzle brake. Actually just sold my SDTA muzzle brake to switch to the YHM QD system.
I have about $250 into this build including all parts, the lathe center, 3 gemtech shim kits and muzzle brake.

Here it is threaded onto my 300 BLK AAC Handi-riflle

Hopefully I'll be able to contribute to this soon now that I got my lathe all back together. Just gotta send off the form 1.

I guess this never took off? Anyone else care to add to this thread?

Work in progress. Started with 2"OD x 1.625"ID Ti64 (grade 5 titanium). Machined OD to 1.792" that gives me a .083" wall tube. Length is 6.380", and threaded at 28tpi. Tube weight after machining is 7.2oz. Need to make end caps and baffles next. So far total cost is $0, titanium was free scrap piece from work.

SDTA 7.6" titanium tube, 10 baffles in the stack, 1.75" blast chamber and three spacers.  Aluminum cap and thread adapter.   Threaded for Griffin armament taper mounts.

Baffles are NAPA plugs formed on the eBay dies using 6 ton press to 45°, bore diameter 9/32".   5.56 cal.

Cerakote in graphite black by Black Dove Customs.

Whats the performance like on those micros? Are you using standard baffle stacks?

Couldn't have put it any better myself. Except to maybe capitalize all the letter for added emphasis.

Judge for yourself. This is my micro compared to a commercial full size suppressor, same ammo in both guns. The baffles are fairly traditional

Also a link to the 12ga suppressor on a pump shooting bird shot. I built it with M22x.75 threads (saiga) and just use an externally threaded choke tube so it can be used on anything with a Winchoke, Mossberg Choke
