| I'm working on a form 1 and have a finger print card question. Does 1 finger print card go with each of the ATF applications? And do you mail the 2 ATF applications together or separately? Thanks |

The Form 1 has three copies, with each one labeled in the footer.
The two ATF copies go to the ATF, with the two FD-258LE cards. The CLEO copy goes to the CLEO of your choice. If you're filing as an entity, you'll also have to deal with the 5320.23 Forms, one to ATF and one to CLEO (per RP). |
