I am assuming I fill out a Form 1 for a AOW that was built by Serbu. In ATF Form 1 Box 1 I do not see a check off for a $5.00 stamp. How do I fill in this ATF Form 1 Box 1 for an AOW?
I am assuming again that I put in Box 4. b. Any Other Weapon (AOW). The rest of the boxes should be filled out the same as an SBR. I am putting it on an LLC. Just as a note on my last SBR I sent in a cover letter explaining that this NFA Weapon was being registered on an LLC, not a Trust, Corporation, or an Individual. I had problems with past SBR's and Machine Guns going through the ATF Process when the ATF Examiner did not realize that I was an LLC. I also stated that the PA LLC paper work that I was providing was the only papers that were issued to me by the Commonwealth of PA for my LLC. Some ATF Examiners did not feel it was enough documents to support my PA LLC. I have also had papers lost so I now put on every document that I send in with my ATF Forms the serial number of the weapon and/or device that I am registering. Your advice and help on my AOW paper work will Greatly Be Appreciated! Thank You, Dane |
