Just finished this one for my 16" AR that has a SPR contoured barrel. I used the Spikes SPR brake mount and an Allen Engineering collar. The suppressor is all 304 Stainless steel.  This one is the same dimensions as the Ops Inc/ Allen suppressor. I used 8 machines cones inside. My 14th form 1 suppressor, using a Grizzly 10x22 lathe

Solid work OP. I wasn't sure how I would like the stainless but it's definitely growing on me. Did you make all your prior cans the same specs as this one?

I'll end up cerakoting it black later, I just used stainless to keep the mount free of rust.
All the ones I've built are different. I've done integrals, shotgun suppressors, compact and micro suppressors.

Did you weld the end caps and plug weld the threaded portion or make some other type of adaptor?

Very impressive! How long has your turn around times been with your form 1's? Do you e-file or hand jam hard copies and mail them?

The threaded mount is incorporated to the blast wall spacer - it is plug welded to the tube in 8 places.
Each end cap is welded on. The rear end cap is tapered to lock to the collar.

This form went in in December and came back a few weeks ago. The one from beginning of Jan is still pending
