Hello All,

Ok, Form 1 done, just making a copy of my Trust and I noticed that the seal doesn't show up on the copy. Will this be an issue. The stamp with the expiration of the notary commission is still there. Just wondering what others have done. I would just get another notorized copy, but the Trust was done in PA, and I'm now in LA.  Thanks

Our notaries don't even use a 'seal' just a stamp with their name, commission number and their expiration date.  The stamp was visable on the copy I sent in and it was approved without delay.  BTW, you don't need to send the whole trust document in, just the certificate of trust, sometimes called a memorandum of trust (it's a short 3-4 page summation of the trust)
