On the Form 1, revised Sept 2007, question 4 (j) asks Is this firearm being reactivated? (check yes or no) Do I leave this blank or check no. It strikes me as N/A, but I'm guessing ATF will want me to check no. (I'm registering a short barrel rifle for the first time) |
