Just make something up for 4d... not sure if its really necessary, but I made something up

I put the model and serial# in 4h...

Be careful about writing a long serial# in 4g... mine was 10 digits and the examiner barely had room on the stamp to write it

Don't go too short either on the s/n... my Form 1 has "001" as the s/n.  It took 5 minutes in the computer every time I called to check before they could find the darned thing.  I gues it's a popular number when you are serializing things!

I recently ordered a SWR Trident and had a custom s/n to match my Uzi.  I was told that the s/n just must contain a number, but can be any combination of numbers and letters.
