Been a while is the address for a form 5320.1 still martinsburg west Virgina? the forms I have are a couple years old

http://www.atf.gov/forms/download/atf-f-5320-1.pdf Fill out the form and print it out....the mailing address is at the top of the Form 1. National Firearms Act Branch Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives 244 Needy Road Suite 1250 Martinsburg, WV 25405 Looks nicer than hand written too. If you type the information in and print it, be sure to print double sided. |
