[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Form 1 change question

I talked to my examiner who told me that because I had a mistake on my form, and I moved since sending the form in, to change my address on the form as well as fixing my mistake (CLEO did not write his title). CLEO's title has been written in, so do I just X out, or white out the old address and write the new one in, or do I have to get a whole new form/CLEO sign off etc? Thanks in advance
