[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Form 1 help....

I used the online .pdf from the sites listed here that everyone said was still good for now. I now have a couple of questions.

1. What address do we send them to?

2. I printed the form out on two seperate sheets of paper...does it need to be front and back on a single sheet?

3. I know the fingerprint cards are required in duplicate....is the form itself required in duplicate also?

Don't forget the Certificate of Compliance 922(g)(5)B, you only need one copy of it.

I forgot about that one.

I printed it from titleii, but a yellow box keeps popping up on the corner. I assume the ATF will not take it with the box there.

Edit....I found another one that printed without it.
