Hi All, going to do my first form1 to make a SBR. I'm going the trust route. Do I need to include a photograph of myself if I do this via a trust? Also is Barrel length and OAL the "After I SBR it" length? Finally, in section 2, Application made by, I assume that is corporation/other business entity right? Thank you all. -Ry |

Thank you for the quick reply Hoplophile. I will be the one and only trustee on the trust, however I'm likeing the trust route as it lets me set up a "benefactor" (or some other name that means the same thing) so if I pass away I know it goes where I want it and without any probate issues. I appreciate the description of the trustee though, that is a good thing to keep in mind. Thanks for the other answers, I'm looking forward to my first SBR. -Ry |
